Georgios was interested in yoga in a very young age but it was after his first meeting with Basu on 2005 that became enthusiastic about it and started his sadhana on his nineteen years. 

In 2008 he initiated by his guru Swami Shankarananda in the practice of Kriya yoga and soon he started travelling to India and participating in meditation retreats. From 2010 he served his guru by helping in the organisation of his programs in Greece. On 2017 he started his training to be Kriya-acharya.
In 2011 he did his first Vipassana retreat in the tradition of Mahasi Sayadaw. Finding the practice of Vipassana very useful he followed more retreats next years.
In 2014 he started receiving Tantric sadhana’s from Guruji Raj Kumar.
